We connect you with the appropriate real estate professionals, contractors, designers, organizers, movers, and other service providers.
All professionals introduced through RSL360 are appropriately licensed and insured where required. You decide which services and professionals you want to engage.
Coordinated Execution
RSL360 helps coordinate communication, schedules, service providers, and important milestones throughout the process.
You have one contact managing the process. We follow up with vendors, track progress, and help resolve issues as they arise — so you do not have to manage multiple providers independently.
Completion
We continue coordinating the transition through the purchase, sale, renovation, move, and settling-in stages included in your plan.
Our support does not stop on moving day. We help see the transition through until all stages in your plan are complete and you are settled in your new home.

No. RSL360 provides coordination and planning support. Licensed real estate brokerage services are performed by appropriately licensed independent real estate professionals who are part of our professional network.
Can RSL360 help if I am moving outside Illinois?
Yes. For relocations outside Illinois, we help coordinate with appropriately licensed professionals in the relevant location. Chicago is our home base, and we maintain relationships with professionals in other markets.
